Yayasan Peneraju launched this funding opportunity in November 2020 with the objective of increasing the number of Bumiputera professional accountants in Malaysia. It is open to individuals who are currently pursuing or planning to obtain their professional qualifications in Accountancy, as mentioned above.
Metropolitan Corridor is proud to be appointed as the Programme Manager for the Yayasan Peneraju Partial Funding for Professional Accountancy Programmes. As part of our role, we work closely with INTEC Education College, one of the approved Learning Training Institutes (LTIs), to facilitate the application and selection process for scholars participating in the Yayasan Peneraju initiative. Our commitment extends beyond the initial selection, as we provide ongoing support to scholars, ensuring their academic excellence throughout their professional studies journey.
The Yayasan Peneraju Partial Funding for Professional Accountancy Programmes is designed to support a wide range of candidates, including undergraduates and working adults. This funding initiative offers three schemes: Yayasan Peneraju Sponsorship for Accounting Undergraduates (SPRINT), Yayasan Peneraju Sponsorship for Accounting Graduates (PUSH) and Yayasan Peneraju Sponsorship for Working Adults (SPEED). These schemes provide financial assistance to individuals at different stages of their educational and professional journeys in the field of accountancy.
Specifically designed to support undergraduates in initiating their professional accountancy certification at an early stage. It welcomes applications from all Bumiputera students who are currently pursuing full-time degrees at universities eligible for the accelerate programmes. This scheme provides a valuable opportunity for students to jumpstart their professional accountancy journey while receiving the necessary financial assistance from Yayasan Peneraju.
Primarily caters to graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (Honours) who have less than five (5) years of post-graduation and/or working experience. It is specifically designed for those who are currently pursuing or interested in pursuing their Professional Accountancy qualification studies under a part-time study mode with one of the Learning and Training Institutions (LTIs) approved by Yayasan Peneraju. This scheme offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to further enhance their professional development in the field of accountancy while receiving support from Yayasan Peneraju.
Specifically tailored for working adults who have accumulated more than 5 years of post-graduation and/or working experience. It is designed for those who are currently pursuing or interested in pursuing their Professional Accountancy qualification studies under a part-time study mode with one of the Learning and Training Institutions (LTIs) approved by Yayasan Peneraju. This programme offers a valuable opportunity for working professionals to further advance their career in the field of accountancy while receiving support from Yayasan Peneraju.
