This diploma will provide you with advanced knowledge and understanding of the theories, policies, laws, and practices on how the government/organization manages the country/business and human resources. It is a holistic and structured curriculum that integrates academic, employability skills, and spiritual elements. 

The topic will be covered include the principle of good governance, human management, industrial relations, ethics, and integrity.
